We often spend most of our time connected to everyone and everything else around us, our minds are constantly moving from one task to the next and it's rare to make time during the day to stop and fully connect to ourselves. Carve space into your schedule to slow down, to ground, to release the stress, the overwhelm, and reconnect back into your body, your breath, and yourself. Be Free Yoga offers a comfortable and calming environment for you to let go of the busyness and find freedom through your yoga practice.
This six week course is designed to support mothers while they adapt to life with a new baby. The session will explore safe postures and movements, with a focus on mother baby connection and reconnecting to the post-baby body.

This is a great class for beginners, or even if you have already been practicing for awhile you will learn the foundations of the postures you most commonly see in our regular flow classes, ensuring you are getting the most from your practice.
The Free Woman workshop is a combination of yoga, meditation, discussion and journaling designed to bring you into greater awareness around yourself, your life and how you are showing up. Dig deep into what freedom means to you and how to cultivate it in your everyday life, while adorning yourself with love.
