Arm Balances & Inversions


The reversal of the normal. Get out of the ordinary and try something a little different. Turn your practice upside down with Jenn, learn all the building blocks in becoming comfortable playing on your hands and how to safely practice inversions. 

If the thought of learning to balance on your hands scares you but excited you at the same time, this class is for you. Some yoga experience necessary, but you do not need to know how to already practice arm balances or inversions, you will be learning from the ground up and all postures can be adapted to all bodies and practices. 

Class runs for 8 weeks from Thursday October 5th - Thursday November 23rd from 630-745pm $150 for the session. 

This Class is Pre-registered only, no drop ins.

If you are on the Eagle monthly or yearly pass you can register at no extra charge, if you are on the monthly Owl Pass  you receive %15 off, please email info@befreeyoga.ca if you are on either of these passes to register.
