Fundamentals of the Asanas


Build your yoga practice on a solid foundation. Join Amber for an 8 week workshop style class to come back to the essentials of your practice. This is a great class for beginners, or even if you have already been practicing for awhile you will learn the foundations of the postures you most commonly see in our regular flow classes, ensuring you are getting the most from your practice. 

This 8 week session happens on Thursdays from 8-9pm starting Thursday October 5th - November 23rd -  $150 

This class is pre-registered only, no drop ins. If you are on the Eagle Monthly or Yearly pass you can register for no extra charge. If you are on the Owl Monthly pass you receive %15 off. Please email info@befreeyoga.ca if you would like to register and are on either of these passes.
