There has been many of studies done proving the effectiveness of yoga and meditation as a tool for supporting your mental wellbeing. Katie offers her personal experience through depression, anxiety and burnout, and how her yoga and meditation practice was a pivotal tool in supporting her through these moments and continue to support her today. You will learn specific yoga postures and meditations to add to your daily routine, or to call on in moments of need.
